Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
For Morals orders may be cancelled only before the production or processing of wallpaper has started. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible due to the customized nature of wallpaper products.
For Regular Designs the customer able to cancel order or change the design before the installation of wallpaper
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
• The order has not yet entered production
• Payment was made in error
• The product is unavailable
Custom or made-to-order wallpapers are generally non-refundable once production begins.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
